Built in 1883, this charming guesthouse has been fully-redecorated, whilst still retaining some of its original Victorian character, to offer you a comfortable stay in a relaxed environment.
Just a short walk from Boscombe Spa Resort's fantastic beach, shops, restaurants and gardens, The Rosscourt offers 7 en suite rooms and one large double with private bathroom. For your comfort, the guesthouse is completely non-smoking.

From Bournemouth Travel Interchange, you can take a bus to Boscombe Crescent. St Johns Road is opposite the bus stop. From Southampton, there is a direct train into Bournemouth Interchange
By Air
We are 8 miles from Bournemouth International Airport. Please advise if you would like to pre-book a taxi at a special rate.
By Car
From the A338:
- Take the turning to Kings Park Football/Boscombe at the traffic lights by the Queens Park pub - this is Ashley Road.
- At the roundabout, turn right.
- At the next roundabout, turn left, and follow the road round.
- At the traffic lights, turn left. The Rosscourt is the second hotel on the left.
